HOW TO STAY RAW IN THE WINTER – THE 5 TOP TIPS

1.  Eat More Calories From Fruit!
Keep Dates in your refrigerator.

Bahri dates, Abbada dates, and Khadrawi dates
Eat pomegranates, oranges, persimmons, dates, bananas, grapes

2.  Drink More Water!
Start with 2 quarts water each morning.  You must stay Hydrated.
Drink at least 3 quarts of water for each day.

3.  Get More Sleep and Rest!
Of Course, This Is MY Favorite.  🙂

4.  Staying Active!
Walking, bicycling, jumping jacks, pushups – something.  And get ouside.  Hiking, skiing.  The sunshine and fresh air will invigorate you. The sun is the Source of All Life.  The more active you are, the simpler it is to stay active.

5.  Put On More Clothes!
Dress in Layers to adjust to the temperature.

Tonight dad and I took Luigi to Dog Scouts Bay Area Troop 198 in Milpitas.  Donna was there and we practiced “heel”  and “leave it”.  It was so much fun.  I will definitely work with Luigi on these two commands.
