GO SHOELESS TO AVOID PAIN

In Woman’s World Magazine, Issue July 2, 2012, page 15, it states:  Go Shoeless to Avoid Pain.  Walking Barefoot improves hip-knee-ankle alignment so effectively, it reduces the stress on your knees almost 12%, reports the journal of Arthritis & Rheumatism.

I’m sure yesterday was so much fun for me – because I went everywhere and walked everywhere Barefoot!  I Love to go Barefoot.
