Dr. Oz reveals:  Drink Tea and Get Slim

Superblend fat-melting power into one delicious pitcher.  Enjoy two cups with breakfast and two with lunch.

Bring 8 cups water to a boil; add 8 white tea bags, 8 pu-erh tea bags and several fresh ginger slices; steep for 5 minues.  Remove tea bags and ginger; pour into heat-proof pitcher.  Stir in 2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice.  Allow to cool, then chill.  Serve over ice; add lemon slices. 

Tea Schedule
Morning:  16 oz. pu-erh tea or 16 oz. fat-melting Lemon Ginger Cooler
Lunchtime:  16 oz. white tea or 16 oz. fat-melting Lemon-Ginger Cooler
Afternoon:  1 cup chickweed or dandelion tea
Dinnertime:  8 oz. bilberry or cinnamon tea

Daily Dose:  Dr. Oz calls for two cups  early in the day.  For maximum potency, bring 16 oz. water to a boil, let sit a minute or two, then steep two tea bags for four minutes.  Enjoy hot, or chill and serve over ice.

Daily Dose:  Two cups at lunch.  Drink it hot or iced.  For a time-saving twist, brew two days worth of white tea and pu-erh together using the yummy fat-melting Lemon-Ginger Cooler recipe.  Simply enjoy 16 oz. of the cooler with breakfast and another 16 oz. with lunch.

Feeling bloated in the afternoon?  1 cup chickweed or dandelion tea.

Dinnertime – “time to kill the cravings”.  Savor a cup of bilberry or cinnamon tea to balance blood sugar and you will be less likely to go for that late-night snack.  The bilberry and cinnamon nutrients help the body make fewer fat-storage hormones.

    I have been drinking puerh tea for about a month now and love it. I seem to have shed some pounds. Also Green tea works well too because it contains EGCG that boosts the metabolism.
