I Love Buttery Popcorn.  This recipe includes nutritional yeast, which is supposed to help supply B12 to a raw vegan diet.  Of course, my personal blog, is a great place to keep track of this recipe.  Now, have to figure out what Flora 3-6-9 oil is!  lol  Haven’t eaten a banana in two weeks.  Kind of putting the cart before the horse, right?  Yep!  That’s me!  Should I use this recipe?  It includes oil, which I eventually want to get away from.  Perhaps this would be a good transition okay.

I paid for three massages online from Absolute Bliss Massage Therapy.  Called and talked to Michelle, the massage therapist.  Our schedules do not match at all.  uh oh.  She said I could go online and book the massages, but I am only seeing hours listed – no calendar.  Have emailed her.  Guess I will contact her every day until we get this worked out.  Even though it is paid for, it supposedly expires in six months.  Isn’t that illegal?  I just want a nice relaxing massage.  Wanted it in the morning on Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday.  Those are 100% No Go.  So, will have to figure out a later schedule to go with what she has.  Her first available massage is not until March 18th.  This could get tricky.  I will stay patient and persistent and this will be Great!
