By lifting others up, we rise.

It is 5:00am. 77 degrees. 87% humidity. High of 99 degrees today. My knee gave out last night. I think it is from lack of activity and not walking. I hate going outside because I am drenched immediately. I miss walking. Nearest gym is an hour away. Hmmmm… I definitely will appreciate the west coast when I get back. Glad I was able to experience the south in the summer. But I prefer to be spoiled by beautiful weather.

Went to the movies and saw Ted 2 with Mark Wahlberg and Seth McFarland. Very funny.

What a powerful and wonderful day. The Supreme Court has ruled that The Affordable Care Act – Obamacare – will stand – and hopefully, millions more of Americans will have health coverage. Also, they ruled that same-sex marriage may not be banned in any state. And now millions of same-sex couples will have the same legal rights. Also, I watched Obama’s eulogy for Pastor Pickney in South Carolina. The Perfect Speech.
Covered so many important political topics. Very open,
straight-forward, just such a powerful, great speech. This one day has made more American progress, than possibly decades combined. Happy to celebrate and continue traveling and experiencing this great American life that we are so blessed with.
