Went to the movies today and saw “Despicable Me 2” and “Planes”. Bought some black duct tape and taped my very broken super-glued right passenger rear-view mirror. I looked up on the computer – my insurance is going to go up 30%! I only scratched the other vehicle, but I was 100% at fault, so there it is. Made steel cut oatmeal and let it sit overnight. Ate some this morning. I liked it. Ate it with some dried cranberries. Scooped it into several some glass dessert dishes and put them in the refrigerator so that I can eat some each morning. Also, late in the evening if I’m hungry. YouTube has lots of videos on different ways to make and enjoy it. It will be fun to try them.
Looks like tonight will be my last night enjoying CPAP. Really need to return it tomorrow. Searching the computer tonight, looks like there are exercises I can use to strengthen my throat. Along with weight loss, the exercises may help me not need CPAP. In the long-run, that may be the best way to go. Not really sure.
