There’s a word for someone like you: wonderful!

Went to Stress Management class at Kaiser today.  They taught meditation.  Which is good, since I am currently meditating.  With my FitBit Flex, I walked 10,000 steps yesterday.  Almost no steps today.  Went to the Jacuzzi.  Just kicking back, taking it easy.  Aaaaahhhhhh.
